LAMPE: PYRAMUS AND THISBE
J.F. Lampe’s charming “mock opera,” Pyramus and Thisbe, a story originally found in Ovid’s Metamorphoses, is better known as the “play within a play” in Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The performance is preceded by a short lecture by Prof. Kent Cartwright, the internationally recognized Shakespearean scholar, that will enhance and enlighten the event.

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION:
In accordance with Italian Government regulations, from 2.05.2022:
The use of a mask is no longer mandatory for access to indoor shows.
However, the use of the mask in all indoor environments and in all cases of crowded outdoor events is highly recommended.
